Reluctant Polygamist ARC started rolling out today.
The Kindle Edition is available now for $0.99
A paperback edition will be available from CreateSpace on Tuesday, Dec 1 for $6.50 with discount code X2WKPKUV.
Sometime later this week you will be able to purchase the paperback edition at Amazon.com for $8.25, which should allow you to add on the Kindle edition for free.
There will also be a pdf version this Friday with DRM which will limit copying, printing, and prevent the ARC being opened after 2/29/16.
The current ARC doesn’t include an index. I will post the index before December 23, 2015.
